Management
People with mental and physical disabilities receive daily care and therapy at the Rainbow Foundation. The director, Martin Henrich, is a curative educator and brings more than 30 years of professional experience to the foundation. He was a first responder in Sri Lanka after the 2004 tsunami and subsequently built up the therapy centre and the foundation with dedicated people.
His team of different professional groups creates new and surprising progress every day - both therapeutically and in terms of mutual understanding.
